Each year, we install over 120 Canon multifunctional devices across tournament locations across Australia. This large-scale deployment is efficiently carried out over a two-week period, ensuring everything is ready ahead of event kick-off. Devices are actively used for one to three weeks, during the summer of tennis, depending on the tournament, they are then swiftly removed over just two days to maintain smooth transitions between events.

Our support doesn't end with installation. DDS offers full on-site support throughout the events, ensuring any technical issues are resolved promptly and devices operate at peak performance. This dedication helps tournament staff and international media focus on delivering a world-class experience without interruption.

In addition to hardware support, DDS provides UniFlow print management software across all sites. One standout feature is our "Guest Print" service, designed specifically for international visitors and non-Tennis Australia staff. This solution eliminates the need for drivers—users simply email their print jobs to a designated address. In return, they receive a reply email containing a unique release code, allowing them to securely release and print their documents from any device at the tournament.

This user-friendly, secure, and efficient solution enables seamless printing for guests and staff, no matter where they are located within the event grounds. Whether it’s a last-minute press release, match schedule, or critical tournament update, documents are delivered without hassle, thanks to DDS and UniFlow.

As our partnership has grown, DDS has also expanded its support to provide Canon multifunctional print devices for use in Tennis Australia’s head office. This extension of our services ensures that the same level of reliability and efficiency experienced at the tournaments is now available year-round at Tennis Australia’s headquarters, supporting their day-to-day operations.
